Delivery Information

The shipping charges are generally not contained in the product price but calculated during the order transaction and added to your order.
  • Standard Shipping within Germany is done by DHL:
    Delivery time: 1-2 working days

  • International shippingis done by DPD and possible in the following countries.
    Belgium: 3-4 working days: Luxembourg: 3-4 working days:
    France: 4-5 working days: Austria: 3-4 working days:
    Italy: 6-7 working days: Switzerland: 4-5 working days:
    Netherlands: 3-4 working days:

  • Express shippingto inland and foreign countries is done by Mailexpress to the following conditions:
    Inland: to 12 o'clock next day
    Foreign countries: within 24 hours or less

  • Pick up by customer in our printing company by prior telephone confirmation:
    Mo- Fr: 8am - 4pm Görlitzer Str.16, 01099 Dresden
If desired the delivery is done neutral (no extra charges) to the specified delivery address. Please select therefore 'Neutral Shipping' in the options.
